Return & Exchange Policy – Uzvon
At Uzvon, customer satisfaction is a priority. To ensure transparency and a smooth experience, we have created a clear and objective return and exchange policy. If you need to return or exchange a product, please follow the guidelines below. Before sending any item, contact our Customer Support to receive the correct instructions.
1. Return Policy
1.1 Right of Withdrawal (Order Cancellation)
Customers may request a cancellation within 7 days of receiving the product.
Conditions for return:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all manuals and accessories included.
- The return must be shipped to the address provided by our support team.
- The cost of return shipping in this case is covered by Uzvon.
Important: Items that do not meet the above conditions will be returned to the sender without prior notice.
1.2 Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be issued according to the original payment method:
- Credit Card: Refund timelines depend on the card issuer and may take one or more billing cycles.
- Other payment methods: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval of the return.
2. Exchange Policy
2.1 Exchange Due to Manufacturing Defect
Uzvon offers a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects.
Procedure for defective product exchange:
- The product must be sent following the instructions provided by our Support Center.
- Items must be shipped in original packaging with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
- Technical evaluation may take up to 15 business days after the product is received.
If the item is approved for exchange:
The customer may choose one of the following:
- A replacement of the same product at no additional cost
- An exchange for another product available on the website (price differences may apply)
- A full refund of the amount paid
If the item is not approved for exchange:
The product will be returned to the customer with a report explaining why it was rejected.
Reasons for rejection include:
- No defect found
- Damage caused by misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Signs of improper handling or washing
2.2 Exchanges for Size or Colour
Uzvon does not offer exchanges for incorrect size or colour selection.
Product measurements and details are provided on the website to help customers choose properly.
3. Order Cancellation by Uzvon
Uzvon reserves the right to cancel orders automatically in situations such as:
- Payment failure or inability to charge the credit card
- Invalid or inconsistent customer information
- Product unavailability
3.1 Refund in Case of Cancellation
If the cancellation is initiated by Uzvon, the customer will receive a 100% refund using the same payment method originally used.
Refunds will be issued in situations such as:
- Failure to deliver due to incorrect address provided by the customer
- Product unavailable in stock, where the customer may choose a replacement or a full refund
